Easing entry for exporters
October 1st 2007

A new plastic pallet has been developed to meet the exacting requirements of exporters. It is designed to ease the movement of goods overseas and their entry into strictly regulated foreign ports.

The EXA1210 weighs just 7kg yet has a full perimeter for greater strength. The pallet can be stacked and is said to be less prone to bending during lifting than a conventional nestable.

goplasticpallets.com is agent for the new pallet. Jim Hardisty, MD, comments "Ever since the introduction of ISPM, exporters have been looking for viable plastic alternatives because nobody wants to risk expensive hold-ups at point of entry. In response, we've developed a range of onetrip products. This pallet is an important addition because it's very light but very strong."
