Quickway Buildings supplies, delivers and erects prefabricated buildings in seven different spans, ready clad in PVC coated trapezoidal profiled steel cladding. Buildings can be supplied with or without insulation as required. The insulation is protected by a polyester paint finished linersheet. Quickway relocatable buildings can be sited on a variety of different foundations. A concrete ring beam or slab with a thickened edge beam gives a permanent foundation within days. Delivered in modular form, the buildings are connected by a hinged system at the eves and ridge points. This enables a number of modules to be unfolded and then bolted together to form the required length of structure. The endwalls are also supplied as preclad panels. Personnel doors and larger openings covered by the side sliding or roller shutter doors can be incorporated into both end or side elevations of the building. Often, the buildings can be supplied at short notice, and extension or relocation can also be achieved with minimum downtime.
