RF mobile printing for in-store tickets

The John Lewis Partnership has completed implementation of PEAK Technologies RF enabled mobile printing solution, to be used initially for in-store ticket refreshing. Across 26 department stores, 500 Zebra QL 320 mobile printers are being used. Since introducing PEAKs mobile printer to the Partnership, we have seen a marked improvement in ticketing standards across our department stores, with less time and effort required to produce the tickets, said Huw John, analyst with John Lewis.
