Flowstore recently delivered a storage and order picking system at pharmaceutical distributor, Lexon's 80,000 sq ft Redditch warehouse.

Flowstore worked closely with Lexon to provide an integrated storage and handling system, utilising customer data to plan product location into a practical working layout that offers the shortest pick route.

Flowstore advised that a pick to trolley system would be the most efficient means of fulfilment.

The company also designed and installed bays of LS2 carton live storage units plus ET2 Ergo-Tilt shelving.
