Multi-Store VMI offered
September 1st 2011 Buck & Hickman has added the new
Multi-Store CribMaster to its range of
vendor managed inventory (VMI)
solutions.With the potential to save
users 20-40% on indirect material
costs, the Multi-Store also manages
replenishment and stock levels.
The Multi-Store is a medium
security machine with shelving in
various sized sections throughout the
device. The glass doors on the front
allow for visible access to the items
which creates
quick retrieval
for employees.
Once the door to
a section is
opened, the
touch screen
displays all
inventory and
stock levels. After
an item and its
quantity are chosen, the touch screen
automatically updates the inventory
and communicates directly with the
