Canti-Clad for extra storageFebruary 1st 2008
Hi-Store has been selected to assist James Donaldson Timber with an expansion programme at its sawmilling, manufacturing and distribution centre in Fife, Scotland.
The solution provided by Hi-Store was a Canti-Clad cantilever rack supported shed. This system, based on Canti-Lock heavy duty cantilever racking, with its infinitely adjustable rack arms and high load-bearing capacity, benefits from not needing holes or cumbersome pegs to support the arms and can be tailored to suit individual customers' specific needs.
The 46m x 42m Canti- Clad structure gives James Donaldson an extra 1,932m2 of storage space. This type of installation is an alternative to a standard building and its roof covering provides weather protection for the timber.
