Call centre and warehouse solution December 1st 2004 Children’s department store Daisy and Tom has appointed Zendor to implement a call centre and warehouse solution for its distance shopping business.
The software solution provided uses a flexible e-commerce platform that has been integrated with Daisy and Tom’s existing front and back-end systems for ecommerce, mail order, call centre and stock control.
The result is a streamlined fulfilment process, and the retailer has the flexibility and scaleability to handle increased order volumes via its online and catalogue channels.
Zendor also manages Daisy and Tom’s call centre requirements, including order taking and enquiry handling through its city centre facilities. To ensure that the call centre team provides a seamless extension of the retail experience, brand and product training was carried out with Daisy and Tom’s full involvement. |
