Flying high: Bott bags major order
October 1st 2007 Bott has won a significant
order with a Bristol-based
aerospace company to fit
out 21 workshops to provide
storage and workspace
equipment for a new
engineering test centre and
materials laboratory.
The company will spend
one week fitting out a
1250ft2 work area consisting
of 21 workshops, inspection
and storage rooms.
More than 60 cupboards,
heavy drawer cabinets and
170m of workbenches will
be installed. Cupboards are
from Bott's DS range, and
the order includes bespoke
cantilever legs to increase
the ergonomic effectiveness
of the units. Worktops
comprise Bott's scratchresistant
range and 1.2mm
zinc-plated heat-resistant
steel worktops for use under
