Vertical storage with tilting trays

The introduction of a new tilting tray mechanism for the LogiMat range of vertical lifts by storage specialists, Autoscan, improves ergonomic handling for operators. LogiTilt is designed to immediately raise the back of a tray when presented at the pick window, significantly reducing the picking depth. The space saving LogiMat is suitable for storing many different types of items, from documents to awkward components. Items are held in 400kg capacity trays, which can be subdivided as required. Controlled via a touch screen, the correct tray is automatically brought to a pick window for component retrieval. With the new LogiTilt facility, the tray at the pick window can be raised from the back to an angle up to 45. This is particularly useful when used with small items.
