Crushers help cut disposal costs

Bradford based compressed air and fluid systems specialists, Thomas Wright/Thorite Group, has announced the availability of a range of can crushers from Redashe. Designed to reduce the volume of waste and consequently waste disposal costs the can crushers can be specified for pneumatic, hydraulic or manual operation. The Pneumatic model requires a compressed air supply with a working pressure of 6 to 8 bar and exerts a crushing pressure of 2000kg. The crusher is able to reduce waste volume by up to 90% and is capable of handling all types of tin cans, up to 60 litre capacity. Compact dimensions 45cm wide by 45cm deep x 122cm high without stand ensure the pneumatic can crusher will make big reductions to skip collection costs while occupying the minimum space.
