Above ground axle weigher

A new vehicle axle weigher is the latest addition to the range of industrial platform scales and related weight indicators from The Advanced Weighing Co. The AxleWeigh is an above ground pair of platform scales encapsulated as a complete assembly in a construction that includes approach and exit ramps. Modular design enables the scale to be fully calibrated to EU standards in the factory and installed above ground at customers premises without the need for adjustments. The AxleWeigh assembly, in its entirety, is simply bolted onto a suitable flat and horizontal area of land. Two heavy duty scales are built into the assembly. They are 1000mm square, and support each wheelset on the axle. They have a live weighing capacity of 10,000kg and the whole assembly stands less than 80mm high.
