Using on-truck weighing equipment during the materials handling process can deliver improved operational speed, accuracy and profitability.
Timotex offers two main types of weighing technologies for forklift trucks. The Supaweigh XL oil pressure system measures the weight of the applied load to within +/- 10 kg. Where greater accuracy is needed or when Trade Approved standards are required, a load cell system is most suitable. The Timotex Fork Scale and the Integrated Fork Scale use this method. By replacing the truck forks, accuracy to 0.1% of the applied load can be achieved.
Also, the Timotex HOI 30 Hydraulic Load Indicator can be fitted to any forklift truck to alert the driver to a potentially unsafe load.
