One stop contract fit-out

Swift Industrial Supplies is able to offer greater efficiency and service following the fitting out of new premises by Spaceway South. The integrated space solutions company won the business by being able to provide a ‘one stop contract’ for the fitting out of both the offices and warehouse.

Spaceway began by installing a FlooriTall mezzanine.

Once this had been completed, office partitioning, suspended ceilings, dry lining, external windows and doors were installed into the office complex and a floor installed over a racking and shelving system in the warehouse. To complete the project, electrics, lighting, rest rooms and toilets were installed throughout the building and mesh partitioning, fire protection and security shutters were fitted into the warehouse. Finally, air conditioning, ventilation, a storage wall and furniture were fitted into the complex.

The new warehouse has enabled the company to hold more stock and offer an even wider range to an ever more demanding client base.
