Chippenham second phase
07 January 2021
St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics has secured detailed planning permission for an 88,790 sq ft facility at its 78-acre industrial and logistics site just off Junction 17 of the M4.

The new unit will form the second phase of development at St. Modwen Park Chippenham, which is set to be delivered next year, with the developer beginning works from February 2021.
St. Modwen’s first phase, a 106,200 sq ft unit, has recently reached practical completion and is ready for immediate occupation by industrial and logistics occupiers.
The speculative second phase will provide high-quality industrial and logistics space, catering to the needs of all modern occupiers. To be known as C88, the new unit will benefit from an internal height of 12.5 metres, 67 car parking spaces including 10 electric car charging points, a yard depth of 50m, and EPC ‘A’ rating.
St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics has appointed Wayne Porter as director of customer relationships and experience. Wayne joins from global logistics developer, Prologis, where he was most recently customer experience and real estate manager.
