European expansion

Conveyor manufacturer Sovex is expanding into Europe with a new joint venture in Holland and exhibition space at a prestigious trade fair. The Wirral-based company, which specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of conveyor systems, is branching out on to the continent as part of an ambitious growth plan to boost turnover by 50%, from £8m to £12m this year.

Sovex's conveyors have been developed to save companies time and money by enabling vehicles of all sizes - from transit vans to articulated lorries - to be loaded and unloaded safely and quickly. Once unloaded, Sovex offers full conveyor systems to assist with sorting and transporting the items.
