A recent survey has revealed that the vast majority of UK businesses - 93% - may be breaking the law because the Thorough Examination they are using only covers half of legal requirements.
The confusion arises because, unlike a car's MOT, the requirements of a Thorough Examination are open to interpretation by the inspecting body.
