Following a highly successful trial,
Eastern Shires Purchasing
Organisation (ESPO) has installed
Goodlight retrofit LED lighting in its
warehouse in Leicestershire.
The organisation's assistant director, Phil Jones, asked Camberley-based LED Eco Lights to undertake a survey which resulted in the suggestion to replace existing 400W metal halide lamps with Goodlight 100W LED high bay lamps.
The advantages were immediate and as Jones explains, "The difference that the Goodlight high bays made was outstanding. They produce a crisp daylight colour which provides a much improved working environment. Also, we now consume 77% less electricity than previously throughout a 17 hour working day."
