Trip hazards are highlighted

Tuff Spun Plus anti-fatigue matting from Plastic Extruders is high - lighting trip hazards and providing comfort underfoot at Anglo Normandy Aeroengineering in Guernsey.

Due to large areas of open space resulting in long runs of power and compressor cables, the aircraft maintenance and repair facility needed to find a matting for laying over them to prevent tripping. This would not only minimise risks but also provide comfort for technicians standing for long periods on the concrete floor.

The solution was to install Tuff Spun Plus, a good value matting designed to reduce standing fatigue and provide some slip resistance. The yellow edging also delineates safety areas and walkways.
