Designed to save time and cost and avoid disruption around the ware - house, the Rack Aid Management System consists of five key elements: 1. Proactive racking inspections - these will be scheduled according to warehouse traffic.
2. Maintenance programs designed specifically for the customers' warehouse.
3. The use of bespoke repair materials and tooling - an element said to be only available from The Rack Group.
4. Nationally accredited training, offering an NVQ (QCF) in Industrial Storage Equipment.
5. Rack Armour - a worldwide proven product reported to reduce 80% of damage caused by forklift trucks to the racking, for which The Rack Group is 'master distributor' in the UK.
All five elements work independently, so customers can pick and choose which would benefit their individual business.
